The Company was notified on 12 June, 2001 by Artemis Investment Management
Limited that as a result of a market purchase, the Artemis New Enterprise Fund
is now interested in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares'), which represents 3.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
