               Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or "the Group")

          Focus further extends contract with Lincoln Financial Group

Focus has extended its relationship with Lincoln Financial Group, announcing a
new contract worth a minimum £214,000 for the provision of Professional
Services.

The initial contract was announced on 30 October 2006. This new contract covers
the Professional Services to further support the delivery of an extranet
solution that will provide support for financial advisers selling and servicing
financial services products.

Richard Stevenson, Chief Executive, Focus Solutions Group plc commented:
