Focus Solutions Group plc (AIM: FSG), a leading supplier of enterprise solutions to the financial services industry, announces that, at the Group's General Meeting held today, the special resolutions put to shareholders to approve the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and to allow the buy-back of shares were duly passed.
