The Company confirms that, further to the Final Results announcement on 3 May 2011, it has posted its financial statements for the year-ended 31 December 2010 and the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at 2pm (Bahrain time) on 15 June 2011 to Shareholders.
