Downing ONE VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it published a supplementary prospectus on 16 August 2016 in connection with the Offer for Subscription that opened on 14 December 2015 ("Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required following the publication of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 by Downing ONE VCT plc.
