Cancellation of share premium account update

Frenkel Topping Group Plc (the "Company") announces that, following the passing of a special resolution to cancel the share premium account of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2011, the High Court of England and Wales (the "Court") has now confirmed the cancellation of the share premium account (the "Cancellation").

The Court order approving the Cancellation has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration, at which point the Cancellation will become effective.  A further announcement will be made when registration has taken place.
