Directors' Shareholdings

Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 November 2009 it received notification that on the same date, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 1.37% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 3p per share. David Southworth, a director of the Company, has purchased these shares.  

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 7,004,486 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.78% of the issued share capital of the Company and David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 5,300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.
