Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 8 April 2010, it received notification that on 7 April 2010, David Southworth, a director of the Company, and Pamela Southworth, wife of David Southworth, each purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing a total of 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 5p per share.  Following this transaction, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 5,360,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
