Frenkel Topping Group plc
(the 'Company')
The Company announces the resignation of David Hannis as non-executive director
with immediate effect. David has been with the Company since the Company's
shares were admitted to trading on AIM in July 2004 and has resigned to
concentrate on his other business interests. The directors will be looking to
appoint another non-executive director in the near future.
The Company also announces the appointment of Julie Ann Dean (nee Gorse) FCCA,
aged 30, as Finance Director with immediate effect. Julie joined the company in
November 2005 from The Caudwell Group.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM
Rules.
