The Company announces the resignation of William Hughes as non-executive director with immediate effect.  William joined the Company in July 2007 in connection with the loan facility made available from MBC Investments Limited announced in May 2007.  The Company has repaid the loan in full and thus William has resigned to concentrate on his other business interests.
