Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 01 December 2006 it
received notification that, on 30 November 2006, Zeus Capital Holdings Limited
('Zeus Capital') acquired 165,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of
the Company.

Zeus Capital is a company controlled by Ian William Currie and Richard Ian
Hughes, both of whom are directors of Zeus Capital.  Following this transaction,
Ian William Currie, Richard Ian Hughes and Zeus Capital, who are connected
parties, are now interested in 7,716,549 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 14.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, as
follows:
