Issue of Equity in lieu of Cash to Service Provider

 

 

Fulcrum Metals plc (LON: FMET), a company focused on mineral exploration and development in Canada, announces that it has issued 240,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "New Shares") to a service provider in lieu of cash payment.

 

Application has been made for the admission of the 240,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 20 December 2024.

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 61,825,943 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. This figure of 61,825,943 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they require to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
