Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, announces that copies of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 will be posted to shareholders on 2 July 2018 and will be available at the registered office of the Company.

An electronic copy of the annual report and accounts is available now from the Company's website www.fulcrumutilityserviceslimited.co.uk.  

Shareholders will also receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at 12.00pm on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at the offices of the Company, 2 Europa View, Sheffield, S9 1XH.
