Annual Report, AGM notice and Investor Presentation

Fulcrum today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') are now available on the Company's website https://investors.fulcrum.co.uk/.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.

The AGM will be held at 12.00pm on Wednesday 14 September 2022 at the offices of the Company, 2 Europa View, Sheffield, S9 1XH. Shareholders who plan to attend are required to register their attendance by email to [e-mail].

Antony Collins, CEO, and Jonathan Jager, CFO, will also provide a live presentation relating to the Company's Full Year Results for the Year Ending 31 March 2022 via the Investor Meet Company platform on 7 September 2022 at 11.00am.

The presentation is open to all existing shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
