The Company has been notified today that, following a family bereavement, the
interests in shares of the Company held by the families of two directors - Mr
Michael Turner and Mr Timothy Turner have increased. The increases are
exactly the same for both directors and are as follows:
111,904 additional £1 'A' ordinary shares
366,428 additional 10p 'B' ordinary shares
11,249 additional £1, 8% 2nd Cumulative Preference Shares
The shares are held in two capacities. Firstly in a non beneficial capacity,
since both directors are trustees of the trusts that are invested in these
shares. Secondly their children are beneficially interested in the shares as
beneficiaries of these trusts.
Following the receipt of these shares, the following are the totals of the
relevant shares held:
