Fuller announces the following changes in the roles of three of its main
directors.
Tim Turner/Simon Emeny
With the acquisition of new sites becoming ever more important to the business,
Commercial Director Tim Turner will be handing over his responsibilities for the
Company's tenanted estate (c100 pubs) to Simon Emeny (the existing Retail
Director) with effect from 1st March 2000. This will enable Tim to concentrate
on acquisitions. Tim will also take over some of the Chairman's existing
responsibilities for liaising with industry groups.
John Roberts
Following the Company's recent announcements concerning the sale of its Wine
Shops to Unwins, the Fuller Wine Company will cease to operate as a separate
business. The remaining wholesale wine division will continue to be run by Mark
Dally and will become part of the Fuller's Beer Company, which is headed up by
Beer and Brands Director John Roberts.
