Off Market Purchase of 'B' Shares
As announced today in the Company's preliminary announcement, the Company will
be seeking shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on 17 July 2003 to
buy back, by way of an off market purchase, up to 10%, of the issued unquoted
'B' share capital (40,000,000 shares), subject to a maximum aggregate value of
£2,000,000. The Company considers it appropriate to make a tender offer to
shareholders who may wish to dispose of some of their unquoted 'B' shares.
Details are being mailed to all shareholders today.
