                          Analyst and investor seminar

Future plc, the international special-interest media group, will this afternoon
host a digital seminar for analysts and investors. The Group will provide an
update on its online activity and plans.

The meeting will include presentations on digital trends and an overview of:

  * gamesradar.com, the world's third-largest computer games information
    website.
  * bikeradar.com the world's largest network of cycling websites.

No new financial information will be reported at this meeting.

Trading update and annual results

Since the Company's last update on 13 June 2007, trading has continued in line 
with the Board's expectations and Future will make a pre-close trading update on 
26 September 2007.

Future will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September
2007 on the 28 November 2007.
