The Future Network plc, the international specialist consumer magazine group, is
pleased to announce that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2003 is available on the Company's website, www.thefuturenetwork.plc.uk

Copies have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,

Copies have been mailed to all shareholders this week.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 76 and 77 of the Annual
Report 2003.
