DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES
Future plc (the 'Company'), the international special interest media group,
announces it received notification on 17 January 2007 from Abacus Corporate
Trustee Limited, the Trustee of its Employee Benefit Trust (The Future Network
plc 1999 Employee Benefit Trust) that it had, on 17 January 2007, sold 238,600
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (at a gross average price of 40.42p
per share), representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following these transactions, the Employee Benefit Trust owns 2,312,741 shares
representing 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company. Stevie Spring as
Chief Executive Officer and John Bowman as Group Finance Director, along with
other employees, have a technical interest in those shares by virtue of them
being members of a class of beneficiary.
