Future, the international media group, today announces that Mark Whiteling is standing down as non-executive Director with effect from 30 November 2014 in order to take up a role as non-executive Director at Hogg Robinson Group.
Mark has been a non-executive Director since 8 October 2010 and has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee since 9 February 2011. Manjit Wolstenholme, senior independent no-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 December 2014.
Peter Allen, Chairman, commented: "We thank Mark for the tremendous contribution he has made to Future since he joined the Board in 2010."
