                Notification of Substantial Interest in Shares

The Future Network plc (the 'Company') received notification on 1 November 2002
from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited, advising that on 31 October 2002 Morgan
Stanley Securities Limited had effected transactions pursuant to which it has
disposed of its interest in a certain number ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company. As a result thereof Morgan Stanley Securities Limited
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company (as
determined in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, as
amended).
