Annual Report 2002 and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Future Network plc, the international specialist magazine publisher, is
pleased to announce that its Annual Report & Accounts for 2002 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting have been mailed to all shareholders today. The AGM will
be held at 99 Baker Street, London W1U 6FP at 11am on Thursday 15 May 2003.
Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services
Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (telephone 0207
676 1000).
Copies of these documents will also be available for inspection on the company's
