Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM: GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, is pleased to announce that its Chairman and Chief Executive, Mr. Randeep Grewal, is one of six dignitaries invited to speak at the Henan Cooperation and Communication Fair for Undertaking Industrial and Technological Transfer 2011 (the "Fair").

The Fair is an event that is sponsored by the People's Government of Henan Province and relevant ministries and committees of the Chinese Central Government.  This event focuses on accelerating the construction of the Central China Economic Zone and the revitalization of Henan Province. It focuses on industrial and technological transfer opportunities, constructing a new framework of regional development and accelerating the transformation of economic development.

More than 300 executives from international and provincial enterprises located in Henan Province were in attendance. 

Randeep Grewal, Chairman and Chief Executive of Green Dragon, commented:

"The decision to establish a Chinese presence was taken 18 years ago. Today, the fact many of the audience arrived at the conference using public transportation fuelled by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), proves that the business decision was a good one for China, Henan Province and for Green Dragon, which operates in China as Greka.
