CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTORATE CHANGE

3 January 2020

As previously announced on 7 November 2019, Galliford Try plc confirms that Graham Prothero has stepped down as Chief Executive and leaves the business following the successful completion of the disposal of the Group's housebuilding businesses, Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration, to Bovis Homes Group plc.

Peter Ventress, Chairman, said "The completion of the corporate transaction transforms Galliford Try into a well-capitalised, standalone construction-focused group.  On behalf of the Board I thank Graham for his contribution to the Group and the transaction and wish him well in his new role."
