Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a)

Galliford Try notifies that 17,133 and 6,942 Galliford Try plc ordinary shares of 50 pence each were released to Greg Fitzgerald and Ken Gillespie (respectively), both Directors of the Company on 28 September 2015 following vesting of awards granted on 26 September 2012 under the 2007 Annual Bonus Plan.  In addition 2,107 Galliford Try plc ordinary shares of 50 pence each were released to Kevin Corbett, a PDMR, following vesting of an award granted on 26 September 2012 under the 2007 Annual Bonus Plan

On 28 September 2015, 8,053, 3,263 and 991 shares were sold at £16.10 per share to meet the tax withholding liabilities of Mr Fitzgerald, Mr Gillespie and Mr Corbett, respectively. 

Following these transactions, Mr Fitzgerald's total holding is 641,898 ordinary shares of 50 pence each, representing 0.78% of the issued share capital.  Mr Gillespie's total holding is 113,499 shares, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital.  Mr Corbett's total holding is 1,116 shares, representing 0.001% of the issued share capital.
