Galliford Try plc (the "Company") notifies that the following transactions have occurred in connection with new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the share capital of the Company, provisionally allotted (nil paid) (each a "Nil Paid Right") (ISIN GB00BF1DQ823) as part of its Rights Issue announced on 27 March 2018:

*Shares held through the Company's Annual Bonus Plan are beneficially owned by the relevant PDMRs. The shares are subject to sale restrictions, which fall away three years after the relevant award date, and are held through the Company's Employee Share Trust, whose trustee is BWCI Trust Company Limited. Proceeds from the sale of the rights will be used to acquire shares under the Rights Issue.
