CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTORATE CHANGE

As previously announced on 12 July 2016, Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms that Greg Fitzgerald formally stepped down from the Board as non-executive Chairman on 11 November 2016.
Also as previously announced Peter Ventress, non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, has been appointed non-executive Chairman. Upon appointment as Chairman Peter has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee.
Terry Miller, non-executive director, has been appointed Senior Independent Director.
Peter Ventress, Chairman, said "We would like to thank Greg for his very significant contribution to Galliford Try in his various roles including Chief Executive and Chairman."
The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006. The Company's Remuneration Report for the financial year ending 30 June 2017 will include the fee, deferred shares from previous Annual Bonus Plan grants and pro-rated Long Term Incentive Plan awards earned by Mr Fitzgerald during the relevant period. No remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made in connection with his ceasing to be Chairman of Galliford Try plc.
