NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Boyd as a Non-executive Director.  The appointment will formally commence with effect from 1 March 2024.

 

Alison Wood, Chair, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Kevin to Galliford Try as a Non-executive director.  Kevin has extensive listed plc experience as well as strong financial and strategic expertise.  His appointment will also further strengthen our independence and the experience of the Board.  The Board looks forward to working with Kevin."

 

On appointment Kevin will also become a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.

 

 

Kevin Boyd's Biography

 

Kevin is Chair of Genuit Group plc and a Non-executive Director and the Audit Committee Chair of Bodycote plc.  He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the global engineering group Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.  Kevin is also a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
