EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 16 May 2012 the Trust completed the purchase of 122,394 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £6.0851.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 1,059,439 ordinary shares representing 1.29% of the Company's current voting rights.
