Board Change: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services company, today announces David Stickland's appointment to the post of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") following an extensive search process. David's appointment will be effective from 1st September 2018.

David, CFO at services company Addison Lee Group during its international expansion, has extensive financial and international operational experience from within the transport and service sector including roles at Serco Plc, Avis Europe Plc, Eversholt Rail Group and LeasePlan UK Limited. He  qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Commenting on the appointment, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation Plc said:
