Change of Accounting Date

The board of Hangar 8 announces that it is changing its financial reporting year end from 30 April to 30 June. The board has taken this decision taking into account the trading cycles of the aircraft chartering business, meaning the busiest months of July and December will fall in the same six month period.  The Company will not be producing interims for the 6 months ending 30 April 2011. Instead the Company will be publishing its annual audited accounts for the 14 month period ending 30 June 2011, on or before 31 October 2011.
