Hangar8 (AIM:HGR8), one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Martin as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Mr Martin joins Hangar8 from AJW Technique, part of the A J Walter Aviation group, which is a world leading specialist in the supply, exchange, repair and lease of commercial aircraft spare parts. Previously Mr Martin was a Vice President Business Development for EMEA at Jet Support Services Inc.

Commenting, Dustin Dryden, Chief Executive, Hangar8, said:

"Given the growth we have demonstrated over the past three years it was essential that we enhanced the strength of our executive management team and I am therefore delighted that we have been able to attract someone of Greg's calibre to Hangar8. He has over 20 years' commercial and leadership experience within the global aviation industry and I'm sure will prove to be a fantastic asset to our business."

Greg Martin, aged 49, is or has been a director or partner of the following companies during the previous five years:

Current Directorships/Partnerships:	Bravium Limited
Directorships / Partnerships held within the previous five years:	AJW Technique Inc.

Mr Martin currently has no beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company.

There are no other matters, which are required to be announced with regard to the appointment of Mr Martin under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
