Trading update and notice of final results

Hangar8 (AIM: HGR8), one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft,  today provides the following update on the release of its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2013, together with an update on trading for the first quarter ended September 2013.

Notice of final results

The Company is pleased to announce that it will be releasing its final results for the year ended 30 June 2013 on 14^th November 2013.

Annual General Meeting

The Company will be holding its AGM in the morning of 20^th December 2013. Further information relating to the time and location will be announced along with the results.

Trading Update

The Company has enjoyed a good start to the new financial year and trading is in line with management expectations.
