The Company was informed that, on 28 September, Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, sold 1,715 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 432.6 pence per share. The sale was made for personal reasons.

Following this disposal, Mr Bottrill no longer holds any Ordinary Shares.
