The Company was informed that on 23 March 2021 Elaine O'Donnell, Chair of Games Workshop, gifted to her husband, Mr Andrew Curwen, 700 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, and gifted to her son, Mr Niall Curwen, 100 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Elaine O'Donnell together with her husband and son continue to hold an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,093 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
