Director Dealings
The Company was informed today that on 17 November 2003 Michael Sherwin, a
director of Games Workshop, exercised options over 4,130 ordinary shares of 5
pence each ('Ordinary Shares) in the Company which were granted under the
Company's 1995 SAYE Scheme at an exercise price of 106 pence per share.
Mr Sherwin sold 649 Ordinary Shares in the Company earlier today at a price of
730 pence per share, which approximates to the cost of the exercise of the
options referred to above. As a consequence of these transactions, Mr Sherwin's
holding has increased to 41,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14
per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
