Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 4 December 2001 that FMR Corp, parent
holding company of Fidelity Management Trust Company ('FMTC'), a US state
chartered bank which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various
pension and trust accounts and Fidelity International Limited and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries are together interested in a total of 4,360,639
Ordinary Shares representing 14.43 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
