The Company received notification on 21 May 2002 that FMR Corp, parent holding
company of Fidelity Management Trust Company ('FMTC'), a US state chartered bank
which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various pension and trust
accounts and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries are together interested in a total of 4,116,349 Ordinary Shares
representing 13.73 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This
represents a decrease in holding since the last filing of 244,290 ordinary
shares.
