Games Workshop was informed on 28 June 2002 that INVESCO English and
International Trust plc ('INVESCO') purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
on 26 June 2002, representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
INVESCO's holding following the purchase is 939,707 ordinary shares of 5p,
representing 3.13% of the issued share capital of Games Workshop.
