The Company received notification on 1 July 2005 that Fidelity International
Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including Fidelity
Investment Services Ltd ('FISL'), Fidelity Investments Japan ('FIJ') and
Fidelity Pension Management ('FPM'), investment managers for various non-US
investment companies and institutional clients, are together interested in a
total of 3,712,484 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately
11.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
