Games Workshop Group PLC ('Games Workshop' or the 'Company')
The Company received notification on 16 August 2005 that Fidelity International
Limited ('FIL'), parent holding company for various direct and indirect
subsidiaries, including Fidelity Investment Services Ltd. ('FISL'), investment
manager for various non-US investment companies and institutional clients, has a
notifiable interest in 3,409,784 ordinary shares of 5 pence ('Ordinary Shares')
in Games Workshop, representing approximately 10.98 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital. This represents a decrease in holding since the last
filing of 302,700 Ordinary Shares.
