Directors Dealings

The Company has today been informed that Mr Bob Falconer, CEO of the Company sold at 425p a total of 718,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.78 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Bob's aggregate resultant shareholding in the Company including the Interest in Possession Trust is 3,490,075 Ordinary shares, representing 3.82 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The proceeds will in part be used to satisfy the tax liability crystallised by the gifting of shares into an established Interest in Possession Trust (as notified on 31 March 2016).
