Notification of Directors' Interests in the Share Capital of GB Group plc
GB Group plc (the 'Company') hereby gives notice that the following options over
Shares in Company were awarded yesterday:
• Richard Law, Chief Executive, was awarded an option over 150,000
Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is 35.50
pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of
the Company Share Option Scheme) between 14 June 2009 and 13 June 2016.
Following this notification, Mr Law had options over 1,565,000 Ordinary 2.5p
Shares in the Company.
• Mona Navin-Mealey, Group Finance Director, was awarded an option over
75,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is
35.50 pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the
rules of the Company Share Option Scheme) between 14 June 2009 and 13 June
2016. Following this notification, Mrs Navin-Mealey had options over 450,000
Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the Company.
