Notification of a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company.
The attached notifications, which have been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
GBG announces that it was notified on 4 August 2016 that David Rasche, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 19,544 shares to members of his family. Following this notification, Mr Rasche has a beneficial holding of 799,278 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.6% of the issued share capital.
