behalf of Standard Life Investments that on 13/04/04, Standard Life Investments
sold 1,300,000 shares on behalf of Standard Life Group.  This decreased the
total held as an interest (including material and non-material interests) to
8,338,821 being 4.84% of the issued stock of that class.

purpose of Sections 67 to 71 of the Companies Act, 1990, as required by Section
