                       Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (the 'Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information  falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 6 May 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited
have an interest in 1,608,843 Ordinary  Shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 4.16 % of the issued share capital of the Company. Of these
1,608,843  Ordinary Shares, the Company has been informed that 1,608,843
Ordinary Shares are held pursuant to section 208(5) of  the Act.
