Notification of significant holding
Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM
Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified on 25 April 2005 that Fidelity International Limited
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries along with Fidelity Management
Research Company, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, have acquired
a further interest in the shares of the Company resulting in a total holding
of 3,118,483 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.
This represents 8.07 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
