AGM Results

The Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders
at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in Dublin earlier today were duly
passed.



EGM Results

The Board is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Glencar held in Dublin earlier today shareholders voted to approve all
resolutions tabled, except for the Consolidation Resolution, described in the
EGM Circular dated 7 June 2005. An announcement was issued by Glencar earlier
today which included a statement on the Consolidation Resolution.
