GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, has today posted its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy. The Annual Report is available for inspection at  www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM   and can be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Company's website, at  www.graviscapital.com/funds/gcp-asset-backed/literature .

In light of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the Company is assessing the plans for its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Further information on the AGM venue, date and time will be communicated in due course.

The Company is a closed ended investment company traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Its investment objective is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily through regular, growing distributions and modest capital appreciation over the long term.

The Company seeks to meet its investment objective by making investments in a diversified portfolio of predominately UK based asset backed loans which have contracted, predictable medium to long term cash flows and/or physical assets.
